With almost 30 years of experience in real estate and 25 years of experience in law, Ray leads Navigate TX with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and education. Drawing on his extensive background, Ray oversees every aspect of the firm’s operations — from compliance and agent development to strategic growth initiatives. Beyond brokerage, Ray serves as a Professor of Practice at the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Embrey Real Estate Finance and Development Program, where he teaches courses in real estate, contracts, and business ethics.
